About Me
I am a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints. Which above all, means I am a follower of Christ and his teachings.
Professionally, I am social entrepreneur, a consultant for nonprofits and government. I received a Bachelors and then a Masters of Public Administration from Brigham Young University while competing as a NCAA Division I, Track Athlete. I have experience in change management, performance measurements and impact assessment. My work displayed on this website, showcases some specific projects: HERE. However, you can check out some of my thoughts and research on the current issues facing the public sector: HERE.
To generalize, like most millennials, I seek to be defined more than just by the work that I do. I grew up hiking in the playground’s of Utah: Capitol Reef, Escalante, Bryce Canyon, and Zion. I am Polynesian and feel strongly connected, through my family, to that culture. I am a hodgepodge of many interests and activities. Some I do pretty well, others, I enjoy the dabble. My purpose of my blog, is to paint a more holistic picture of… me. For what purpose, beyond that, I don’t really know.
This blog post sums it up:
